Based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, includes readings, chanting, silent meditation, and healing prayers. A great tool for facing life’s many challenges, meditation helps us to live wisely and well!

Come and be uplifted and join us for an inspiring evening! No experience necessary, just come and allow your heart to be opened with our kirtan crew, playing harmonium and guitar, and chanting both sanskrit and English chants. Chanting is a doorway into meditation, and into the peacefulness within – the evening will also include a guided meditation to leave you feeling elevated and peaceful.
